Why and when did you get into fitness/nutrition?
I have always worked out but about 4 years ago I really felt like something was missing when I would try to work out. I joined a gym who’s primary focus was group classes, strength training and I started focusing on my nutrition with a coach. I learned how important it is to incorporate nutrition into my daily life and how much better I felt when doing so! I discovered how much i love weight training and I was motivated how to push my body and mind to limits i never thought I could go. You discover and learn so much about yourself both mentally and physically.
What is your coaching philosophy?
My goal is to help and motivate others as i have been by my coaches over the years. I want to encourage and push others beyond what they think they can do, because your mind and body is Capable of so much more than you realize!!!!
What’s your favorite food?
Give me all the potato chips or chips and salsa.
What’s your favorite exercise/movement?
Box jumps, Romanian deadlifts, and Turkish get-ups
Fun fact:
I love cats, Corgis and naps!!!
